Please allow 2 working days for your order to be dispatched. if you are working towards a specific deadline, please do get in touch through our contact form and let me know. I'll do my very best to assist you with your query. 

Returns

Here at Hornd, we really hope you love your new piece, but If you aren't fully satisfied with your order, then please get in touch to arrange a return. We'll be happy to either look at an exchange or a refund.

Please note, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on pierced items due to UK hygiene reasons.

You have up to 14 days on receiving your item to return your order back to us in an unworn condition, but we do not offer paid returns nor can we accept responsibility if your return is lost in transit, so we would recommend using a tracked service upon returning.

Refunds are offered for the cost of the goods, but we cannot refund any postage.
